8 Way Assuage Angry Or Sad

Angry or sad often we experience of in life this, but you may not hide at heart. Also do not make a decision important in angry or sad condition. If I experience of the condition like that :

  1. I will breathe in air then exhale again. I do repeatedly so angry or my sad alleviate.
  2. Then I will go away from source of difficulty to be more calm feeling.
  3. Sometime I will weep with a best friend and that very relieving feeling.
  4. If my angry feeling wish to burst, me is soon take the paper and write all the angry feelings in my sensuous. That also very easing because I can write any kind of without hurt others.
  5. If enabling, me will take a bath and soak entire my body with water added aromatherapy
  6. Music is also very assisting me in overcoming problem.
  7. And... drink the hot chocolate really making me can smile again.
  8. Hereinafter I will be able to think positive and can take a decision.
I do not want to prolonging angry or sad, because life only once and have to be enjoyed.
