Health and beauty is two sides which is interaction, because healthy people beautiful looked to be and beautiful people beyond question because healthy.
- Learn for not to eat the fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats. Reduce the intake of cheese, butter, nuts, sauces etc.
- Drinking many very good water for health. We have to drink 3 liters of water a day
- Quit smoking. Is most important for our health and correlate also with our beauty.

- Minimum exercise 30 minute every morning, will give freshness at our appearance. The people exercise never will easy of pain and not fresh.
