Our life style is everyday can make we become the good or bad. We can do many of the activities be in fact make healthy and beautiful us, be like following :
- Quality Sleep : Someone have to get enough sleep. Everybody don't require the sleep of 8 hour, there is people sleep only 4 hour without awaking up between its, and feel freshly of moment wake up. Quality sleep is very important for every one and the body.
- Well-Balanced diet : by eating food of different group be like, meat, bean materials, high fibrous carbohydrate, vegetable, fruit and vitamins
- Exercise : In order to Stay Healthy, everyone must do something for heart to pump well for your cardiovascular, when at home doing housework can also make your body work, make use of doing housework as exercise works on parts of your body, of course if you could jog, walking is also good form exercises or swim, if time permit and also weather as these are outdoor. Indoor, watch TV programmed, don’t just sit there, you can lifting arms, shaking and lifting legs are good too. Also, you may like to sit and stand when break time.
- Drink : drink the water counted to the number of is the advise suggested by many people, and that shall we apply for beautiful and healthy life.
